The Luminary

The Luminary Brand Archetype lives for the truth and gains fulfillment through knowledge. You’re naturally intelligent, contemplative and reflective. You love researching and finding things out for yourself. As such, you take very little at face value.
 
You believe in liberating effects of the truth. You understand that the facts are the facts and don’t ever try to alter them to fit a narrative. You work, instead, to apply them to your work and life as they are. You differentiate your work using your own experiences and unique perspective.
 


You demonstrate the value of thinking things through. You’re not easily distracted by pettiness or swayed by the opinions others.
 
You do not hoard your knowledge and love to share with anyone who will listen with interest. You motivate others to seek answers and educate themselves, using their knowledge to improve their lives and their work.

Meet the others



We’re not in any of this alone. It’s important not only to understand ourselves, but other people. 

Learning more about the other archetypes will help you comprehend why other people do the things they do, what inspires them, what they fear, and what drives their goals and behaviors. It also helps process why you get along and work well with some, and not so well with others.


Visit the Archetype Directory to get familiar with the other types. You’re bound to see familiar faces there. You may even see a little of yourself in some of the other types; A good sign that you would get along quite well with them.
 
Remember, there are no right or wrong archetypes. And there are no absolutes. You’re likely to be a blend of more than one type.
