My brand strategy system is a 3-part intensive that breaks the process up into 9 distinct segments. Phase I is your Core, Phase II is your Character, and Phase III is your communication. Here’s how it all plays out.
PHASE 01 //
Core
Your brand core is the heart of your brand. In this phase, we begin by creating a solid foundation you can confidently build off of. Your brand starts with you, so for optimal results, your brand journey should begin with your Brand Core.

PHASE 02 //
Character
Your character is your brand soul. With Phase I complete, you can begin shaping your brand’s unique personality and identify who you work best with. This helps you understand your point of difference and your positioning.

PHASE 03 //
Communication
Once you’ve completed Parts I and II, it’s time to start showing and telling. In this phase we’ll work on bringing everything you’ve built so far to life, including showcasing your brand new brand both verbally and visually for the world to see.

THE PROCESS
So, what exactly is brand strategy?
Your brand strategy is a blueprint to help your business present itself to the world authentically and consistently.
My proprietary brand strategy system is made up of The 3 Cs:
Phase 01. Core
The heart of your brand (why you exist, what you do, and how you do it). This includes your purpose, vision, mission, and core values.
Phase 02. Character
A blend of your brand’s primary and secondary archetypal personas and how you use them to represent yourself. Also, your (ICA) Ideal Customer Archetype(s). Who you serve best (and who to avoid).
Phase 03. Communication
This is all of your brand messaging including your voice and story, as well as your visual branding.
A strong brand strategy will ensure that your brand is aligned with your core. It also helps you manage and control the narrative surrounding your brand. You’ll find each of the modules below.

Brand Strategy is a huge undertaking. It’s also pretty expensive. After much careful thought, I decided to offer my proprietary brand strategy system in nine affordable, easy-to-digest sections.
